Hunt Cellars Blog Introduction - A Message from David Hunt

Dear Wine Lover:

I want to introduce myself and tell you all about our new adventure into the world of our new “Wine Blog”. We have decided to share with the world the passion, pride and appreciation our visitors experience at our tasting room, their wine club shipments, our club parties and winemakers dinners. It is such a wonderful feeling when our wine fans take the time to send us a note, EMail or telephone call about “The Hunt Cellars Memorable Wine Experience”. We get hundreds of beautiful stories of appreciation for our wines and the indelible experience Hunt Cellars wines have had in their lives.

We want to make this bulletin board available for all who have experienced and enjoyed a Hunt Cellars wine. Believe me every comment is music to our ears, makes all the hard work in producing a great bottle of wine worth while and is forever deeply appreciated with all our staff, from those hard workers who farm the vines, pick the grapes, crush the grapes, ferment the wines, work the bottling line and all wonderful tasting room staff that serves the wine proudly touting what each wine is all about from the bouquet to the memorable finish.

We will be displaying harvest pictures and info, recipes from time to time new articles and everything we can think of to give you all a memorable wine experience.

Welcome again to our Blog and please remember to give us your comments.

Remember “Memorable Wines make Memorable Times”.

Cheers,
David Hunt
WineMaker

If there is a message in a bottle, then it would read; Great people, Great Wine, Great memories….

My wife Marilyn,(Dr. Bernie’s Dental Assistant) and I came up with this idea while looking at your web sight. She dared me to send it to you!!! I said that October is a great time for wineries in the mid-west. Where I am originally from. People take the train to mid Missouri for the day and take in all the trees changing colors, plus no driving issues. I thought you guys should have a yearly event called……..”The Hunt For Red October.” You get all your Red Wines and spot light them! Just the Red Wines for the whole month. I know it’s kinda cheesy for a wine as selective as yours, but hay, a dare is a dare!! LOL
P.S. Dr. Bernie did NOT lend his name to this idea!!! LOL….. However, Marilyn had already told me about David long ago, so it was nice to put the two together. As I said before, I really enjoyed my evening with all of you. Tom and Marilyn Clooney
